Our patients are of utmost importance to your practice. The cancellation policy is implemented with the intention of prioritizing the needs of your patients. By reserving appointments specifically for each patient, it ensures that their time is valued and respected. This policy aims to optimize appointment availability and accommodate the needs of all patients.

As a courtesy to our providers and other patients, we kindly request that you provide our office with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment to another patient who may be in need of that particular time slot.

Rescheduled Appointments

The fees for rescheduling with less than the required notice are as follows:

• Neurotoxin or dermal filler appointments: $75
• Morpheus8 or any laser procedure: $75
• Spa services provided by our esthetician: $45

Cancellation Policy

Appointments that are canceled without rescheduling the procedure will lose their deposits.

To ensure that all clients’ appointments run smoothly and on time, we kindly request that you arrive at your appointment on time. If you happen to arrive more than 15 minutes past the originally scheduled time, we may need to ask you to reschedule your appointment. This is done to prevent any potential disruptions to other clients’ appointments and to maintain the overall efficiency of our scheduling system. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Deposits are required to schedule appointments. The deposit amount is nonrefundable and depends on the provider’s time dedicated to your scheduled service or consultation and will be credited to services provided:

Deposits for Scheduling

• Consultations for minimally invasive procedures performed by the doctor or nurse practitioner: $50
• Morpheus8 and laser procedures: 25% of the financial estimate
• Injectables (ex. Neurotoxin and Dermal fillers): $75
• Spa facials and chemical peels, excluding Hydrafacials: $45
• Hydrafacials: $100

*By making your security deposit to secure your appointment, you are acknowledging that you understand and will comply with our policies.

Refunds are not provided for services that have already been rendered. Product Purchase Policy

Our policy regarding product purchases is as follows: We do not offer refunds on products that have been purchased. In the case of defective products, such as a broken pump, you may exchange the product within 7 days for the same item. We strive to ensure the satisfaction of our customers and address any concerns regarding product quality.
