By reserving appointments specifically for each patient, it ensures that their time is valued and respected. As a courtesy to our providers and other patients, we kindly request that you provide our office with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment to another patient who may be in need of that particular time slot.
The fees for rescheduling with less than the required notice are as follows:
Appointments that are canceled without rescheduling the procedure will lose their deposits.
To ensure that all clients’ appointments run smoothly and on time, we kindly request that you arrive at your appointment on time. If you happen to arrive more than 15 minutes past the originally scheduled time, we may need to ask you to reschedule your appointment. This is done to prevent any potential disruptions to other clients’ appointments and to maintain the overall efficiency of our scheduling system. Deposits are required to schedule appointments. The deposit amount is nonrefundable and depends on the provider’s time dedicated to your scheduled service or consultation and will be credited to services provided:

Our policy regarding product purchases is as follows: We do not offer refunds on products that have been purchased. In the case of defective products, such as a broken pump, you may exchange the product within 7 days for the same item.
